Office Policy

Individual appointments are scheduled for a specific time. Please be on time for your appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel your appointment within this 24-hour time there will be a cancellation fee equivalent to the service charge for the allotted time. This fee is not payment for services in any way, but is a cancellation charge. You will still be responsible for the cost of your next office visit.
